I was charged $100 for absolutely nothing. the tech that was sent was no help and couldn't diagnose the issue. the tech literally walked in my house opened the cabinet under sink and stated "your dishwasher was installed wrong". i told the tech we have been having the same dishwasher for 10 years without any issues! In addition, none of the services mentioned in our conversation via thumbtack was offered. the tech stayed maybe 5 minutes to to tell me that he can't touch appliances even if the plumbing is clogged. The tech suggested I watch YouTube right after paying $100! I would never recommend this company and I hope they go out of business.

Be aware that the lowest service call price does not mean the lowest price overall. They showed up on time and were communicative, but the final price was significantly higher than others.
I was misinformed by the driver installing my washing machine. The cut off valve I had was okay and I didn't need another valve.

Absolutely awful! I requested a quote on one thing and they focused on upselling me on things that I did not as for. The guy felt like a car sales man. Then as he was giving me the quotes he said I needed to sign a form. When I told him I didn’t want to sign any forms he said I’m not sending you any quotes and abruptly stormed out of my house. Never do business with this company. I will tell everyone and post this everywhere.
