Extremely happy with the recent install of our under the sink reverse osmosis system which required a hole to be drilled in our granite countertop and a hookup to our fridge. The work was wonderful and Adam was precise and detail oriented. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of care and expertise we received.
I just received the call a follow up from my request. The lady on the phone wouldn’t give me an estimate for my project. She insisted that if I had a different estimates already in place I should let her now and her price would be based on other companies estimates. I told her that she shouldn’t quote me based on other people’s estimates and I would like to get an estimate then she said „oh this is not going to work out for us” and hang up on me. These business practices are not acceptable!

replaced a valve on my shower that was leaking. assured me that if it failed to stop the leak, that the money I put towards this repair would be rolled into replacing the entire valve assembly. Josh was great, he was super friendly and direct with fixing the issue and explaining my options. I will likely call Benjamin Franklin again when I need plumbing work done
