A representative came to my home and presented me with a quote, I then had an emergency before I had my quotes completed and requested an emergency service call. I was given a date and time and they were a no-show. No call, no text, no response or attempted reschedule. Conclusively, that made me remove them from my list of potential candidates for my job. That was very unreliable.

Horrible customer service
The plumber came on Friday to repair the issue. Knowing what I know now, the charges and cost of this service were excessive and predatory given what has gone on the past 48 hours. Yesterday I had to contact Benjamin Franklin plumbing again because what the plumber had repaired on Friday had completely broke/split and water was spurting out of the pipe. We gave Benjamin Franklin the opportunity to get this right again, the technician came out to fix the issue yesterday. He redid the work that he did on Friday, and when we went to test out to ensure that everything was good before he left, turning the water on resulted in the leak occurring again in the top pipe of what was fixed. So he then redid it again. Thinking this time it was hopefully and finally fixed. Then this morning we had the water company pounding on our front door at 6:30 in the morning, letting us know that excessive high water usage was alerted, and they were contacted by our neighbor as well that water was leaking everywhere. Again the fix that was done yesterday two times over, is broken again. At this point, I do not trust Benjamin Franklin to repair this issue- we have now not basically had water for three days, going on four days. I would like a refund for the cost of the service given the issue is now worse than when it started

Quality work and quick service
watch out for these guys. They quoted $4,500 to replace a 40 gallon water heater. Seems pricey, right. I hired a plumber and total job was $1,600. paying them $89 to go away was the best decision. You could do better just going tothe next Company for help.
Found my water heater leaking all over the garage, turned out it was beyond repair and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to replace the same day. Brandon (plumber) was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. As we were waiting for the water to drain from the old tank, I expressed concerns about my water pressure possibly too high, causing bathroom faucet to leak; he performed a courtesy check of my water pressure and confirmed it was too high. Despite Brandon having a long day, he had an uplifting spirit and worked tirelessly to swap the tank. Will definitely ask for Brandon by name for the next job.
