Because of the pandemic I was laid off. In Februar 2020 the Idea of being self employed came to mind and here we are. With my levels of experience in this industry, I can assure all of my prospective customers that I will bring 100% of efficiencies to your homes and offices . I know how scary it can be at times having a total stranger in your home. I am trustworthy and a proud family man/ father of 2 teenagers. I will always inspect , advise and offer suggestions before commencing services on your equipments. I don’t charge for traveling to customers. And I do give discount on multiple equipments. I do my best to follow all Covid-19 protocols.

Ben was extremely knowledgeable about my two HP printers that, I had hoped, could be repaired. The printers are no longer being manufactured but parts can still be purchased. I like the two printers because they utilize toner cartridges which last for thousands of pages. Ben diagnosed the issues, ordered the parts, and installed the parts at my home all for a very reasonable price and on a timely basis. Ben is congenial and a pleasure to deal/speak with!

Mr. Sar picked up my printer - a discontinued Hp model - from my house. He was able to accomplish the diagnosis and part replacement for an agreed price, no surprises. he brought it back and we verified that it was working well. Trustworthy.

He really knows how to fix printers. Could not fix mine on site but took it to purchase some needed parts. Called with updates and saw the repair through to the end. Great work and work ethic.
Benjamin came to my home try to repair the printer right there but it was too far gone he took it with him after 2 days he called me and said it's fixed it's working he did a great job and he came out in the snow to return my printer I cannot thank him enough.
