Overall the experience with Benjamin was very positive and stress-free, which was what I needed on the day of my move. My request for movers was on moving day, rather than booking assistance far in advance. Benjamin was responsive, with excellent communication regarding my needs; provided 2 movers to load and unload my heavy items; their price point was reasonable considering my last-minute request. The 2 movers arrived on time, with a professional yet friendly attitude and got the job done!
This company was very patient and accommodating with regards to a more complicated move requiring the management of a third-party payor. The movers were friendly, efficient and wrapped all the necessary furniture to prevent damage. I was thoroughly satisfied with my move from beginning to end.

The absolute best! The team are complete professionals, from scheduling to final drop off. They made the process as painless as a move can be. They wrapped furniture and valuables and even hauled away some of my moving trash afterwards. The two movers were professional, friendly, and in a great mood throughout. Absolutely a 5-star experience!
They showed up on time and got right to work. Communication was on point from scheduling to the day of the move. They were reasonable when negotiating additional packing and moving of items not included in the initial quote. They worked for 12 hours straight hours handling our items safely and efficiently. Also, they are a great group of guys that take pride in the work they do.
