BERIOS CONSTRUCTION

The Berios team responded to an unusual request to raise a spa from flush in our deck to surface level promptly and with creativity. The team fit us in with very short notice, came up with a unique approach to the task, and completed a job we thought would take days in literally hours. Team was courteous, professional and maintained a super clean work space. Will definitely call Berios again. Recommended.

Berios Construction built a redwood deck around an existing structure for us. The work was done quickly and beautifully, and the price was very reasonable.

Eliseo and his loyal team of four skilled craftsmen built a large attached deck behind my house. They worked as a team stressing on accurate measurements and leveling to make sure the deck is solid and last a lifetime! Deck floor with creative bordering using Timbertech PVC makes a wonderful touch. Only took two weeks to build this large deck! I am very happy with the outcome! Thank you Eliseo and his Berios team!

I'm a garden designer working on a project in a city outside my usual service area. As my own team isn't local to the project, I used Thumbtack to help my clients find a deck builder that would meet their needs - quality, safety and simplicity. After interviewing several companies, they decided on Eliseo. The team showed up on time to start work and the deck was completed in under a week. It looks great and the clients are really pleased. I was impressed by his thoroughness in explaining different materials and making suggestions on how to improve our original design. I would recommend him to other clients.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Berios Construction to build a new fence for my front yard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the fence itself is exceptional and I was impressed with their level of craftsmanship. Elisio gave attention to detail throughout the process and made good recommendations to ensure it was solid, of good quality and aesthetically pleasing. When all was done, the fence was solid, built well and greatly improved the appearance of my house. He and his crew were professional, punctual, respectful, and consistently kept the work area tidy which I greatly appreciated. Their bid price was competitive with others and he stood out with his knowledge base and discussion about my options. I highly recommend Berios Construction for your job.

Elisio and his team were incredible. For my garage to studio convert, Elisio installed insulation, drywall, a cedar plank ceiling and bath ceiling fan. Great attention to detail and quality of work (some of the finest drywall work I have seen!). Elisio is straightforward and transparent to work with. His team is punctual and kept working areas clean and tiny.

Eliseo is top notch in every respect. He is pleasant, personable, responsive, reliable, punctual and he does really good work at a reasonable price. The piers for our large deck had been sinking over time. Eliseo replaced them with much larger and more stable piers that should stand the test of time. He started the job sooner than estimated and finished the job sooner than estimated. He completely cleans up the work site and leaves everything better than it was to start with. His team is just as excellent as he is. We could not be happier. We already have plans for several more projects for Eliseo.

Our front yard looks beautiful!!!! When they started all you could see were weeds and invasive plants/trees that totally covered up our succulent garden. When they were done what you now see is a beautiful work of art! They were fun and professional and we will definitely hire them again as needed! Thank you more than words!

Eliseo brought a lot of expertise to the table. He was able to advise me on the best landscaping design, consult on the best plants, and execute it with a friendly and hard-working team all within a day. He was a good communicator, has integrity, and charged a fair price.

Elisio and his crew were great to work with. They did an amazing job in a very short period of time. We will definitely be hiring them again to help with landscaping our backyard as well!

Eliseo and his team did a great job on our fence project. He was communicative throughout, on time always. He and his crew worked SO hard. They accommodated a late change to the fence design that added a bunch of work and just made it happen. The final fence product is sturdy and good looking, just what we wanted. We got a number of other bids for significantly more money. Maybe some of those contractors would taken care of some of the finer carpentry details which Eliseo's team didn't make time for, but overall the value and quality of the work exceeded our expectations.

We are so happy with the work done to fill our "pool pit," (former pool site), with drainage, retaining walls, deck modification, and fill. This was Phase I. The crew worked very hard and were also so personable. We will want to have them help continue with Phase II.

Elisio and his team did amazing job turning our unsafe, concrete, ugly, sandy, and buried garbage backyard jungle into a very pretty and usable dog, adult ,and kid-friendly space. We love it! He and his team were on time, courteous, and professional. He also has a phone (and website) filled with previous job pictures which was very helpful! Elisio had great ideas, and listened to my mixed needs -wanting a kid friendly And adult BBQ/picnic area. We're going to use him again to complete the upper level of this project soon. He was also very understanding of our need to be cost conscious, and helped guide budget with really nice choices.
