After it was determined that there was no need to reinforce the roof vents in the attic, it was agreed that Berrett would deduct $200 from my bill. The invoice I received by email showed no deduction. After I sent a text to the Berrett inspector, I received a call this morning informing me of the refund sent to my bank. Both the inspector and the technician were polite and professional.

Had them come check for bees and come to find out bees were at my neighbors. Asked them to go and speak to them about it to help them get rid of bees and they couldn't even do that. An elderly couple lives there and they couldn't go help them out. So sad. Will not ever recommend or use them again.

I called Barrett because my neighbor across the street had major termite infestation and I needed my home checked. Barrett responded quickly and set up an appointment to come and check my house for any problems. Thankfully, my home is fine and no treatment was needed.
