They scheduled to come out on Monday . Monday comes around and I hadn’t heard anything so I asked what time someone would be here, the office couldn’t provide that information, I waited around all day for someone to call at the end of the day and say they can’t make it and they would come out on Tuesday morning, they did not call or show up on Tuesday either . Then sent me an invoice and asked for a review … if, like me you are dealing with an animal in your attic I would recommend someone else who may be more reliable.

They told me they would set a wasp trap and it didn't happen, I had to get a refund.
I booked with them on Thumbtack and confirmed the booking, but they never responded or showed up at all.
MAIN PROBLEM FOR ME IS THAT THEY REQUIRE CREDIT CARD AND TOOK MONEY UPFRONT, BEFORE WORK IS EVEN STARTED.
I called them to help with mice problem. Craig was very helpful. I would recommend them.
The technician that showed up was both professional and punctual. She was also very informative of why she deemed it necessary to spray in certain areas. Highly recommended
Provided the initial service to remove some wasp nests and treat the area under our deck. Zero improvement was seen. Called them back out twice, once they didn’t show and the other time they still didn’t remove the same wasp nests that we had asked them to twice before. Would not recommend using them
This was they worst experience I’ve ever had hiring someone to do a job, first this company charged me $350 for a cage which turned out to be a rental they didn’t catch the raccoons that was tearing up my installation under my trailer I had supply the food to trap it and when the raccoons where just taking without the trap going off I had to get my nephew to go under my trailer to get them. Called them and they said okay we’ll be out tomorrow to release them in the wild that was a lie found out that they don’t release them they KILL THEM what’s humane about that they have no business to “catching” and releasing wild life just to kill them,so they don’t come out called and emailed them to pick the cage up no response and nobody comes. The only way I got them to leave is that I left the cage open so the mother can come and get them. I will never and I mean never use thumbtack again and I will also tell everyone I know to never use thumbtack again and Berret pest control again. Waste of my money and time and effort!

I called about a wasp issue. I had already killed them the night before by the time they came. They confirmed they were dead but said they couldn’t get on a ladder over 10 feet to take care of the rest of them. I told him I did not want to be on a monthly service and yet they still charged me.
We had a great experience with Berrett Pest Control. He came on the day I requested and was quick and efficient. Took care of our wasp nest with one trip.
I called them to find and dispose of a possible dead animal that I could smell in the house. I was assured that they would take care of the problem, and they would also spray for bugs. They sent a contract that said nothing about dead animal removal, only bug spray. I called them back to have them change the contract...they assured me that it was an oversight, and would be changed. The tech arrived, he was very nice, but he said I needed an inspector to find and remove the dead critter and he didn’t do that. He sprayed for bugs and left. Moral of the story...a waste of money.
The tech was awesome and super helpful! Will definitely recommend and call again if I need to!
