The food was absolutely spectacular as was the service. They even left extra par-cooked portions of potatoes for our use the next morning! Made our evening absolutely memorable!

I was nervous going into planning an important event, Julia was incredibly easy to work with. Patient & helpful with menu changes, ideas, and the initial discussion. All the food was delicious, but it’s the little touches that pulled everything together. Things like making a starter pasta salad more Greek inspired to match the rest of the menu. Making a salad dressing from scratch. Would be glad to hire her company again for any other events.
We can’t say enough about Julia and her delicious food. She helped make the party a great success. Our guests raved about the food, especially the pulled pork and the Mac and cheese. The entire experience was a 10!
I had a house warming party and we had Julia make BBQ brisket sliders, Mexican street corn, Mac & cheese, and a beautiful grazing table! The Mexican street corn and brisket were a huge hit! Multiple people told me how delicious everything was, it can be so hard to find good catering, but Julia knocked it out of the park!

She catered our wedding 2 years ago and had her back to cook in our home! Hands down the best at-home experience. I would rather pay her than go out for dinner! The attention to detail of everything was incredible and the food couldn’t have tasted better. Can’t wait until she comes back!
We had 3 events for 35 people over a 24 hour period that Bertocci Inferno provided high quality catering with personal touch creativity. Julia was responsive and a delight to work with along the way. I highly recommend for a future event. Julia and Kaylee did a wonderful job setting up the events. Feedback from our all family and friends was great; food was excellent.
My husband and I had a dinner party for eight. We knew Thanksgiving is right around the corner and did not want to cook, serve and clean up afterwards. This is where Julia came in the save the day. We had a four-course dinner and EVERYTHING was delicious! Our guests are still talking about. The food, portion sizes and service was well worth the money! We highly recommend her and would definitely use her again!
Hiring Bertocci Inferno for catering caused me the biggest stress and headache of wedding. First, I tried 3-4 times to get Julia to commit to the menu. I’d text and she’d text back, so in her mind, she was “responsive.” But, our conversations always ended when I straight out asked for a time to chat. She wouldn’t respond for days after that. When we finally did schedule a date/time to talk, she missed our meeting! Second, I asked for a tasting, she agreed, but we never got one. Third, she was an hour later than the agreed upon time! No bride need to be calling their caterer asking about their whereabouts in the middle of pictures! Fourth, we ran out of food and about 15 people didn’t get to eat. I told her 125 people a few weeks before. I ended up with 122 on the final list and at least 4 people didn’t come. So, around 118 was actually there. When I called her, she said she prepared for 150 people. Are these 150 toddlers?! My entire wedding party was on their phones looking up random restaurants closest to the venue. They came through by having to go down to Kroger, spend hundreds more dollars, and came back with sandwiches and snacks. I cannot be more embarrassed or stressed out! I was upset and said I’d give Bertocci’s Inferno a 1 star out of5. One of the bridesmaids snickered and said “can you give negative stars?” That sims up my experiences.
The food was delicious and plentiful! Julia was easy to work with abs accommodating. It was such a pleasure not to have to deal with a “corporate machine” but a real person who provides an intimate working relationship. Exactly what we were looking for. I would not hesitate to hire her again for another event and I highly, highly, highly recommend Bertocci’s Inferno! Thank you Julia and team!
We had the most unfortunate experience with Julia and her catering or lack there of I should say. She professed that she made the food which didn't look anything like that in her menu photos or was prepared as described. Her helper, on her first day, arrived 3 1/2 hours late (2 hours after our reception began) without Julia showing up. We ordered pizza to fill in after pre-paying her over $100 per head for our 32 guests.

I contacted Julia to help create a special thank you dinner for a small gathering of 6 adults and 2 children. From the moment I first spoke with Julia, I felt instantly at ease and confident that she was the exact persons to cater my dinner. My guests were truly blown away at the whole event. And, I realized that it is worth every Penny to be able to be truly present with my guests. I wasn’t rushing around trying to cook all the food. I can’t wait for the my next party with Julia. I intend to do these with some level of regularity. While she can cook anything, she is Italian. So, I’m definitely thinking of an Italian dinner party. Oh...ask for her secret lemon pallet cleansing sorbet. TO DIE FOR!

Julia was wonderful to work with. She catered a small dinner party for my friend’s 50th Birthday. She was very responsive and helped us come up with great food and drink selections for our dinner. It was great that she is not only a chef but also a bartender. The food and cocktails were amazing. She added special touches and helped really make our evening special. I can’t thank her enough.
