i’ve had best local pools cleaned my pool for over a year. They always make sure that the pool is spotless. They even take pictures of before and after they also keep up with the algae and my kids use the pool a lot so I’m just thankful that I have this pool company to help me out.

While I had issues with the pool cleaning and miscommunication with the company the owner immediately contacted me to remedy the issue as he wasn’t aware of the original issue. He was very apologetic and respectful. I would consider using their services again.
Updated Review – A Complete Turnaround Thanks to Adrian and Tyrell I previously left a critical review due to several service issues, including missed appointments, inconsistent technicians, and a green pool situation that left me frustrated and disappointed. However, I want to give credit where it's due: Adrian (the owner) and Tyrell stepped up in a big way and completely turned my experience around. After my initial complaints, Adrian personally reached out—even while traveling in Japan with a massive time zone difference. He took ownership of the situation and made it a priority to fix things. Tyrell followed through on the ground, sending the team over three times in a single week to restore my pool. They didn’t just do a surface job; they brought a pool mop to thoroughly clean the bottom and made repeated visits to ensure the water remained crystal clear. The service has gone from frustrating to impressive. I appreciate the accountability, the quick response, and most importantly—the results. My pool is now in squeaky clean shape, and I’ll be continuing with their service moving forward. Everyone makes mistakes—it’s how you fix them that counts. This team showed they’re willing to own up and make things right. Much respect for that.
Torrell and Matteos have both been great at maintaining my pool from week to week as well as performing several major repairs on the equipment. Very efficient at diagnosing problems and implementing cost effective solutions. And very nice guys. Kevin 4/25
Totally unprofessional. We had multiple problems, been told my pool is troublesome, and we've constantly chased the pool remaining clean rather than keep it clear consistently. My real problem, however, is their lack of communication. Oftentimes they only told me after they already completed the job that what happened. We agreed the service date to be Monday, but without announcing we moved it around between Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday. In the end, when I decided to end the contract, they still had one more service to do, which they never did. They had multiple excuses why and I had to call them three times to ask them what happened and never got back to me proactively. They take the money upfront for the month, so essentially they stole away money for that final service. PS. I will just say that multiple of your points raised in the response in my review are straight up lies. Do not trust what they say.
I recently hired Best Local Pool Services and I was impressed. They’re scheduling and payment process was easy. The pool guy was friendly and knowledgeable, and managed to get my pool looking clean and nice, which is exactly what I wanted. I did express to him that we were having guests over and I wanted the pool clean by a certain day, so he said he would come 2 different days to complete the initial cleaning. One thing I do suggest improvement on communication because he did not return on the day he said he would return, and instead showed up on the day our guests were coming, without communicating with me. But overall I would recommend this service for the quality of the work.
Jayden gave me a strong sales pitch promising top-tier service, but the reality was the opposite. He missed multiple scheduled pool cleanings, didn’t respond to messages, and still charged me in full. After repeated issues and no accountability, I terminated the service and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Jayden’s lack of professionalism is astounding. There are plenty of better, more reliable pool service providers out there—don’t waste your time or money here.
They contract the work to independent contractors who take their own time in fixing the pool. In our case, the guy took two weeks and still didn’t finish the job. I trusted them and payed in full before they even started the job. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. It was a mistake to hire them. Stay away from any independent contractor named Torrel. Zero accountability and no respect for their work. My pool was not even fully scrubbed and never turned fully blue. They blamed the problem on the pump when they didn’t even clean the pool completely.
I have never reached out to an app to find help, first time. I was lucky to have matched up with Best Local Pools! They did such an amazing job! My pool looks brand new! After a year of neglect, algae and calcium build up..my pool looks beautiful! Adrian and Jerry really took great care of me. I am a very critical guy, I would never even write a review...these guys deserve everyone's business! Such a great experience. We will be using them now for maintenance as well! So happy! Thank you guys!! ❤️🙏
