This company is not on time. The workers don’t handle your property with care. They broke my 55 inch Flatscreen TV, microwave glass plate, damaged other items, threw my items disoriented in one of my bedrooms while I was trying to speak the person in charge. When I saw my items in my bedroom like that I was so frustrated and couldn’t even get in the room to figure out how to get to my stuff. At this point I don’t know who’s in charge. I agreed to payment deductions due to my experience and what they did. Now the next day after they took my payment agreed yesterday evening, it’s something different. Do not trust them. Also, I even tried to see beyond of them smelling really bad because after being 1 hot and 30 mins late, I couldn’t get someone else. I wish I just wished I booked with someone else and took the lost of my deposit.

UPDATE..Apparently, there was some confusion when the movers tried to contact me through Thumbtack, so the confirmation calls and texts were not received, even though I had given them my direct phone number when scheduling. I received a call from the movers after my negative reviews were received, and the move was scheduled for the next day. The movers were still a little late, but they did show up and completed the job.
They took there sweet time in moving my items so they are over charge then THEY BROKE MY ITEMS INCLUDING MY DAUGHTERS BED! I HAVE CALLED THEM, LEFT A VOICEMAIL AND MESSAGED THEM AND NO RESPONSE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Horrible communication. Extremely rude the owner will hang up on you. They move at the pace of snails so you end up having to pay additional fees. I cannot tell you how rude these movers were. Certain things like my bed they forgot parts and then played dumb. So now I can’t even use properly. Absolutely horrible do not go with this company if you want someone who is respectful and actually care for your stuff. These movers are HORRIBLE if I could give zero stars if I could. To have the nerve to hang up the phone on a customer is WILD. These guys are unprofessional and come off as scammers. Do not hire this company they are an embarrassment.

I appreciate how responsive they were. The estimated arrival was 8-9am. They called at 8 and they arrived around 8:30am. The price was very reasonable with the option to add insurance. They wrapped the furniture which was very nice since I was having it put in a storage locker. The movers were pleasant, they didnt milk the time to try to get more money. Would book again!
Tried to change price from what was posted on profile
The task was to move a 706lb vending machine out of a mall. The team arrived on time and communicated well, but they were not properly equipped for the job, lacking both a pallet jack and a truck with a lift gate—details I had mentioned when speaking with the company representative. Instead, three men essentially dragged the machine out of the truck, which is especially unsafe given its weight. As a result, the steel box frame was damaged, and the LED display is now cracked. I’m very disappointed with the damages caused during the move, and I have discussed this with the representative. In the future, they should not take on jobs they are not fully prepared for. I would not recommend them for moving heavy equipment or anything delicate.
They move the stones from the front yard went to the backyard, load the blanket storage’s and the towels storage keep in to the backyard large storage including upside down the adjustable bed. Everything has done within 40 minutes. I have keep them in mind for another moving jobs .
The two movers worked tireless to clear one storage and transport and pack the new storage. Task took far longer than I anticipated but movers did pack the new storage in an organized manner so I will be able to access my items more easily. Also they were quite patient, accommodating my checking and re-taping some boxes. I would certainly hire them again!
