After years staffing hundreds of events across the Pacific Northwest, I believe we have built the skills, tools, and experience to ensure your event runs smoothly. We will provide semi formal attire including black slacks, black shoes, and black or white dress shirts. Our Bartenders will provide all tools necessary to serve cocktails, wine, and beer. We can also help you create a menu of cocktails that can be modified or renamed to reflect your personal style or theme! Our Event Staff will handle all other tasks. From setting up and arranging tables and chairs throughout your venue, to refilling waters, clearing plates, and serving food in your preferred manner, we are here to support you and your guests at every step. Our clients consistently praise our dedication and work ethic, which we bring to every event. Whether it’s renaming a cocktail, adjusting a service, or requesting specific attire for our staff, we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. I initially booked and paid a deposit for bartending services at my wedding. However, a few months later, I received a message stating that they could no longer provide a bartender because the assigned bartender requested that day off. This is unacceptable, as booked services should be honored without the possibility of last-minute cancellations due to staff requests. Now, I am left scrambling to find a replacement bartender when most other vendors are fully booked. I strongly advise choosing a more reliable company that won't cancel on you.
If you’re thinking of hiring Best NW Events , DO IT! My wedding would not have been successful without them.

I LOVED working with Daniel. He was quick to respond to my questions, helpful with suggestions, patient with my requests, and the professionalism started right off the bat with example shopping lists and more. I thought the cost was fair and the drinks were awesome, lots of compliments on our cocktail. He provided not only good info but a bar, a menu, an ice bucket, he had it all. I WILL hire him again for future parties and please, if you’re considering a bartender for your party, don’t look any further than Downtown Bay Bartending!
