Bob did a great job on my roof! I have not used a roof washer service before, and wasn't sure what to expect. I had some very dark algae and mold stains and he was able to make them completely disappear. The entire roof looks as good now as the day it was installed. Entire process took about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain his process, the benefits, and didn't try to upsell. He also beat other estimates I got by a wide margin. Highly recommended!

Bob did a wonderful job washing my roof. Neighbors warned me of other companies that they used who used subcontractors who killed plants with runoff and overspray. Bob covered my plants, put bags to catch the runoff from the gutters and used a fine spray with little runoff. The roof looks great and so do my plants. On top of that he answered all of my questions in a professional and friendly manner.
Robert gave me a great inclusive price for soft cleaning the roof, entire outside, driveway, and sidewalks. My home and roof are almost 4,000 square feet. He arrived on time, covered the shrubs and flowers, and carefully cleaned everything in a quality focused manner. Afterwards he sent me before and after photos of the roof. The entire house, driveway and sidewalks looked clean and like new. I highly recommend him and will hire him again in the future.

He over-sprayed the trees and shrubs around the building and killed several of them because he didn’t bother to cover them or rinse them off.
4-stars for roof cleaning (he’s fine) 2-stars for fence staining (don’t recommend) I hired Bob to do roof cleaning. $1000 for my house. Overall, that went fine other than getting rushed at the end because he was in the driveway when the landscaping company was trying to drop dirt off. (Bob wanted to do the job before the plants were planted). Not a huge deal, but I paid the delivery trucks some money for having to wait 40 mins on my street. I also ruined about $200 worth of clothing because I was doing Christmas lights that evening and his bleach product was still on the roof and bleached my hoodies and pants. Bob also sprayed the ~600LF while he was on-site for another $250. The house stunk for a few days until the bleach dissipated. I think the job maybe took 2 hours for the roof and fence. I asked him if he stained fences, which he said he did, so he gave me a bid $580 for labor and I said sure. I bought the SW 5040 Mountain Ash (15-gal to start and eventually another 10-gal). The fence was a mix of old and new fence. He used a battery-operated chemical sprayer instead of a paint sprayer. Lastly, nothing was done to protect/cover stuff. A/C has overspray as does the shed, grass, rocks, etc. Not how professional painters do their jobs. Will update review pending remediation by Bob.

Bob did out tile roof today and we’re very pleased with the results. His bid was a little more than 2 others I got, but I could tell the competitors didn’t have much experience with roofs. As you can imagine, tile roofs are very expensive and can be damaged easily if someone doesn’t know what they’re doing. Bob specializes in roof cleaning and has developed a PDP (air driven pump) system that mixes mild bleach and surfactants. This mix kills the mold and mildew growing on the tiles. It only took about three hours to treat a 6000 ft2 roof. Our roof looks like new again and makes the whole house look fresher. He’ll be doing my son’s 100 year old house in the Heights next.
