I hired Best Team LLC for a move-out cleaning of my 640 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment. Two cleaners spent about 4–5 hours on the job, and I paid $320 in cash for what I was told would be a thorough, top-to-bottom move-out clean. Unfortunately, during my final inspection before turning in the keys, I discovered that the drawer under the stove and the area beneath the burners had been completely missed. These were not minor oversights—these areas were clearly dirty and had not been touched. When I reached out to the owner to address the issue, I was extremely disappointed with her response. She claimed her cleaners said the job had been done properly, denied that the missed areas were their responsibility, and wrongly stated that I had only paid $175, despite my clear communication and payment of $320 in cash. Rather than offering to make it right, she told me there was nothing she could do. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service after the fact were unacceptable.
