My boutique fitness and wellness business has been operating in the Nashville area for over 16 years, offering group classes in dance fitness, yoga, yoga sculpt and small group personal training. We are available for private events, including bachelorette parties, birthday parties and corporate retreats. I also offer breathwork facilitation, meditation instruction, choreography and individual dance instruction and coaching.
