I’m so used to having to wait a long time for services to be finished, but BFF Arbor and Lawn is a wonderful exception to that! They were very responsive and quickly went from an assessment of my tree to completion of the work. They cleaned up all the debris & even put my decorations back in place which I had forgotten to take down in advance of them arriving! I highly recommend them for tree pruning needs.

Not responding to my texts, they showed up to see the job without me knowing that, so I had no chance to tell them what I need nor I know what they are going to do! however they sent me an estimate, I asked them if they can at least mark on the photo of the tree what parts (branches) they are going to trim just to be specific on what to do and if their price is negotiable since I’m not sure what exactly they are going to do. No response like my texts are going in to the void. Wasted my time. Don’t recommend.
John and his crew were professional, responsive and effective. My tree was a beast, crowning over powerlines, my neighbor's and my house. They removed it safely without incident, dismantling it piece by piece. Yard looks bare without it but it's now safe. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. Thanks John!
