Well to start they would have to show up or communicate when they will not
They are fast with responding but their hourly is much higher than others in the area. Unsure of work quality since the interaction stopped at the quote
I used BG electrical to install a few outlets, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting. I'm a tough rater, but so far I have been pleased with their work. I would recommend them for your projects and will use them again! :-)
They called and said someone would call me then he call and text all to say it was far but they service my area bullshit
This guy kind of feels like a homie now. This guy was patient as hell as I was navigating the repairs along with my mom’s meticulousness. He answered text messages long after “quitting time”. I own rental properties, He is going in my Rolodex.
Had him install my permanent outdoor lights and in less than a month they are falling down. I asked if he can come out to fix the fallen lights and he denied.

Upon contacting the “Pro” for service, great response and promptness was received for the job. I made sure to explain everything prior to arrival. $150 an hour was the agreed upon rate. After providing one of the 2 services we spoke of, I was told the price was $150 per job instead of the agreed $150 an hour. Of course I never agree to $300 an hour to change under cabinet puck lights and an exterior flood light, but ok. I paid the $150 for the one service he completed, which had minor imperfections, such as crocked screw holes that went too far into the cabinet, splitting the wood and respectfully declined the other. This felt like a scam and complete rip off. Thanks for the horrible and expensive experience and I would never use or recommend this service again.
