floor tile installed nicely. 3 stars off for the vandalism.
If you want a true professional who asks for your input, values your choice, and listens to your requests, Rafael is the guy! He installed handmade zelige (the true irregular kind!) for our kitchen backsplash and 1x2 ft tile panels throughout our bathrooms and laundry room. We are delighted with the result, look, and feel. He was always on time and had a great attitude and work ethic. I recommended him to my neighbors!
Rafael did an excellent job of installing the backsplash. He made sure to cover all the areas in the house before starting the work. He answered all my questions patiently and was very respectful and cordial. I will recommend Rafael without any reservations.

Working with Rafael was wonderful. He was extremely professional, informative and always on time and kept the job as clean as you can. We love our backsplash. It made our kitchen look completely new.
Working with BHZ tile was the absolute best! I spoke Rafael on a short notice and told him that I already had the backsplash and I needed to have it installed! He agreed to come and install our kitchen backsplash and got it done in 1 day!! I was so amazed by his professionalism and craftsmanship. He really does it all when it comes to tiling, he has many tools and equipment to get the job done. He is able to navigate your specific needs and challenges. He even showed up early on the job. My wife and I felt like we knew him for years. He is very respectful and his pricing is very fair. Don’t hesitate. I know there are a lot of options. But you won’t go wrong here!
He help redo my backsplash after another contractor messed it up. He was so accommodating and quick and efficient. His work is amazing!! Definitely highly recommend
