Charles helped us install a garbage disposal and a hot/cold hose bib off the garage. He made it look great at a fair price. We will be calling him back next time we need plumbing.

I cannot thank Charles enough for the plumbing work he did for me and my family. He installed 3 toilets and a pedestal sink. I worked with another plumber who attempted to overcharge me and provided erroneous information about the process of the installations. Charles came in and did the work with extreme quality and efficiency. He explained what he was doing. He provided a price upfront, and gave me advice on future projects I have planned. It was an awesome and stress free experience. Charles is the only plumber I feel comfortable and confident working with in the future.
Happy with the service.
I just want to say - hire Big Charles. I have had bad experiences with my last 2 pro's however Big Charles gave me hope again. He completed everything, including running to the store to get a piece, cleaning up the plumbing mess and getting me in working order promptly. I will definitely hire him again. Oh and he was able to give me a complete run down on what to use and not use and why on my next project. He ran the brands down like "A Pro"!
Charles is a fantastic plumber very prompt and very good at what he does. I absolutely recommend him.
Super nice guy. Very professional and efficient. Reasonable prices. I will call him for my next plumbing job.
Big Charles Plumbing was awesome! Charles was quick to respond and quick to schedule a day/time to come out. He helped me with a couple of leaky pipes, a broken toilet handle and shower knob that was worn all in one visit. Charge for services was very reasonable and I am very happy with the workmanship! Will definitely use Big Charles Plumbing again.
Big Charles came quickly on a Saturday. He fixed my leaking water heater pipe on the spot!
Charlie is amazing and I'm so grateful for him. I called With what I thought was an urgent situation and he came within an hour and a 1/2 and alleviated all my stress by letting me know it wasn't as bad as I thought. He had it fixed and the job done within an hour. Super nice, friendly, professional and clean(he cleaned up after the job was done) I can't say enough good about him. If I could rate higher than a 5 I would give him a 10!!!!
Exceptional service, knowledgeable and friendly! Very pleased and will keep Charles in mind for future projects. I bought a new washer and dryer from Costco and their install team claimed my valves were corroded and couldn't install them until I had a plumber come check it out. I sent Charles photos of the valves with my inquiry and he said the valves looked fine but could come out to check in person to be sure and offered to install the washer and dryer if all looked good. Charles was right and we moved forward with the install to avoid the hassle of scheduling a later time with Costco.
Had Charles come over to fix a leak in an old shower in the upstairs bathroom in just a couple days. With such an old house the issues/previous workmanship made solutions more tricky but as the only shower in the house we weren't ready to plan a remodel yet. So Charles was great about talking through some different options based on our situation and had it done within the week for a very reasonable price. Would definitely call again for any other issues that come up.
Hired Charles for a quick Showerhead & arm swapped, and he was pretty good with that quick job, came very next day and got the job done in 30 mins. Thanks
We reached out on a weekend for an immediate need, and he responded back quickly with availability to come out a few hours later. Very friendly and answered all our questions! Will definitely be our go to in the future.
Hired Charles based on the reviews here and I’m so glad I did. He did an outstanding job with what turned out to be a tricky toilet installation. Very pleased and he’s a also a nice guy. Highly recommend!
Charles was great! Responded to my request exterenly quick and gave me a bid same day! Fixed it next day! I needed a toilet installed and he did it with ease! Highly recommended!
Very punctual in responding to my request! Very professional and fixed my problem and offered solutions! Will definitely recommend and use again! Thank you so much!
Charles was perfect from start to finish. He responded very quickly, communicated well about our appointment, was clear about his fee and how it works, and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and use him again. His fee was totally reasonable and fair. On top of that, he’s very personable and friendly.
