Rick was great to work with. Wouldn’t give up on finding the problem and getting it resolved. Will recommend him to everyone!!!
10/10 would definitely recommend! Rick was absolutely amazing. From the beginning, he really took me under his wing and told me he was going to be my “dad” through the whole process. He reassured me that he wasn’t going to overcharge me and that we were going to figure out the problem and get my AC fixed. He was also extremely responsive anytime I reached out, which made the whole situation so much less stressful. I genuinely felt like I was being taken care of rather than just being another customer. When my AC stopped working again, Rick came back out the very next day and made sure the problem was completely fixed. He was kind, honest, reliable, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me. I seriously cannot recommend him enough. If you need someone you can trust and who genuinely cares about helping you, Rick is your guy!
Rick and his crew arrived on-time, they were all super nice and did a great job installing air conditioning. Definitely recommend!
Easy to work with. Provided photos of before and after throughout the process. Worked late on a Friday evening to get our AC working in 100 deg weather.
he did an absolutely professional and phenomenal job and I appreciate his effort
Rick was fantastic. Showed up exactly when he said he would and was able to get my A/C running efficiently again. Super honest and genuinely cared that we weren't going to cook in the hottest month of the year.
Rick did an excellent job. He was professional, quick to respond, and got everything taken care of faster than expected. I really appreciate his work and would happily hire him again.
They showed up on time, the work looks fantastic and they left it cleaner than they found it. I will definitely use them again.
Rick was fantastic. Very responsive and personable. Will definitely be calling again anytime we something done with the house!
