I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I have to share my experience. I hired this company to help me move, and at first everything seemed fine, they spent a lot of time wrapping my furniture. But later I found out that several items were damaged, including my makeup vanity, clothes steamer (the hanger part was missing so I can’t use it), and even my shoe rack. What bothered me the most was that the movers clearly saw the vanity was cracked but didn’t say a word. I had to point it out myself. When I asked what would happen, the mover told me that the owner, Jeremiyah, would call me later that day and send a repair person the next day — someone who specializes in marble — or compensate me through insurance if it couldn’t be fixed. That never happened. I waited for the call, but no one reached out. I eventually contacted them through Thumbtack, but nothing was resolved. Jeremiyah said the mover was “just a worker,” which honestly felt very unprofessional. On top of that, they charged me the full amount without subtracting my $100 deposit and never provided a detailed invoice. Thinking about it now, I really regret tipping them, especially after how unprofessional the whole situation was handled. Overall, this whole experience was extremely disappointing. If you don’t hire them, you’ll probably save yourself frustration.

I they would do right by me. They damaged my son’s tv. They said that insurance would not replace it because it was in a box. The owner said then he would replace my son’s TV . His worker sent a picture to him, I haven’t heard a word from them. Then they claim this tv was in the garage, yes for them to wrap it up. But this is what happen when you work with your own people they do you wrong and still take your money $760. I definitely won’t be using them again.

Jeremy made the process as easy and manageable as possible. EXCELLENT communication throughout the process. I didn’t make their lives easy (still had some to pack day of, had things going to multiple places and didn’t organize things very well). They still hustled, helped us get everything organized, helped us pack, and fit everything into storage, and gave us room to spare. Rates were reasonable at $110 an hour, $75 flat rate for gas, and $40 per flight of stairs. Can’t recommend more
Jeremy, the owner, weirdly refused to send a paper quote with his insurance information just canceled my move 24 hours before it happening due to a miscommunication via thumbtack and texting. He called me nasty, said he’d no longer work on this project because of an automated message thumbtack sent me. I move in 24 hours and he canceled the move and blocked my number. If you are okay with the unprofessionalism, refusal of proof of insurance and a proper quote, unreliability surrounding a chance that there may be a miscommunication and he will leave you high and dry 24 hours before your move - this is the pro for you!
Wonderful guys, great company. They were super fast, efficient but careful, professional and responsive. Managed to unload our whole truck in just 2 hours. They were able to lift some seriously heavy items and get them through tight spaces without a single scratch. Came ready to work very early in the morning to accommodate our schedule and without waking 2 sleeping babies. Amazing service, we are really happy, highly recommended!
Jeremy and his team were a great help!!!! My original movers cancelled on me, on moving day! Jeremy was there the next morning!!! Him and his team moved me out of a 3bedroom 2.5bath home with a basement and patio, also. Job was done within 6hrs, took 2 trips (I had alot). Shrink wrap and padding was provided. They also disassembled beds, tables, and TV’s mounted. They moved so quickly!! I moved into a storage and I will definitely be using them to move into my new place!!! Thank you soooo much Jeremy and team, you guys literally saved the day!!!!!!
Jeremy and team did an excellent job loading my furniture and boxes into a pod we rented! They were quick and efficient. Everything fit very organized and secured in the pod. I was very happy with the job. Their communication is also excellent. Very helpful. I recommend them for moving and packing!
I wrote a 1 star review yet the company continues to be disrespectful so here is text proof this company agreed to $100 for damages and then later tried to dispute it. I had to threaten insurance before they finally stopped being unreasonable. :) DO NOT USE THESE GUYS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
