Professional, efficient. Was responsive to my messages and punctual, showing up exactly when he committed to. Inspected the extra attic space, and addressed the problems directly and completely. Would highly recommend service from this provider.
Bigelow was prompt on the site and did an excellent job. I will call him when I need additional service.
Very responsive and affordable! Replied to all of my messages within minutes and was here within an hour to remove dead pigeon, at a rate that was 1/2 what I had found shopping around before trying Thumbtack! I hope I never have another pigeon problem, but if I do, Robert Bigelow will be my first call.

Good at all
Bigelow was great to work with. I messaged him after pigeons made a mess on my roof. He communicated well and came to the house to quote the project promptly. Mr. Bigelow tackled the job above expectations, power washing, setting spikes and ensuring roof tiles remained intact. He's a good guy, offered a fair price and got the job done.
wonderful exprience. I was looking for someone to stop pigeons from nesting underneath my solar panels. what I asked for, I recieved. I also learned what a big mess they make on your solar panels. The knowledge shared was very important to the upkeep in the future, what I should do for such a big investment! Thanks so much for the photos, it was proof of what I needed. Thanks also for installing bird netting. Your company is totally recommended.
Robert was very efficient and thorough. He did an excellent job cleaning my solar panels and bird proofing it afterwards. He gave me an excellent price, 35% less than what one of his competitors wanted to charge. He worked around my schedule and went the extra mile cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend his services. 5 STARS!
They were very professional and they pigeon proofed our two patio covers at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend. A+
I asked Bigelow to come out for an estimate to solve my problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. He accommodated my schedule and came to my home within an hour. I chose to follow Bigelow up onto the roof and he showed me everything, answered all my questions, and was perfectly transparent about the good and the bad. His experience with solar panels really showed. Bigelow gave me the most reasonable solution out of all the quotes I received and I look forward to working with him.
