Reviews
Jeff showed up right when he said he would. Showed him what I wanted done and he made sure he had the parts and went right to work. Removed old register and then performed service and check if the boiler system. Filled me in on all aspects and recommendations. Will use him for all future HVAC work
Excellent
Prompt, professional, and did a great job explaining everything
Honest work fast response
Jeff was great. Got the job done.
It was 8:30 at night. I had no heat, all of a sudden, and it was a single number temperature outside. I saw several service people that were closed without emergency services. Thank Gawd that Bigfoot had an emergency service and could come out last night. I'm not able to leave the house, so this was an emergency. He came within minutes of when he said he would, so his responsiveness and punctuality were wonderful. As far as work- quality and professionalism (he wore a mask and was very careful about social distancing), he was at the top of my list! Considering the time of night and the situation, his value was extremely fair and most of all he stayed until everything was working for our family. I would recommend Bigfoot HVAC to all my family and friends and anyone who wants quality service from respectful people. The last thing I have to say is a huge "Thank you"!!
Everything was done in a timely manner and was reasonably priced! Will definitely use him again!
I would recommend Jeff to anyone! He is my new HVAC specialist! A pleasure to work with and very professional! Pam, Northfield
