The only issue I had was having confirmed the move the day prior to my move, I was called the morning of my move about 15 minutes before they wer due to arrive, and told that 5 workers had called in that day and they needed to reschedule my move. NOT Acceptable!! They were able to find three men to make m move on the schedued day, and they were wonderful!!!
These guys were great! They were very careful with my furniture and appliances, professional and cordial! They’ll be the first ones I call if I move again. Highly recommend!
These guys were awesome - super professional and respectful, cared about our belongings, and finished a big job in a short amount of time. Not the cheapest quote we got but it’s worth it for the peace of mind of the work being done right. They work their ass off! 10/10 recommend!
I needed an upright piano moved in a limited amount of time. I was contacted quickly & able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The heavy piano was securely wrapped & moved right where I needed it. I would gladly hire Bigger Better Movers again!
Excelent experience! Chris and his team were awesome! They were considerate, professional and made the moving experience easy I would definitely use them again.
Chis and Davione of BBM were on time, prepared, and took great care with our move. They were a great team from start to finish and it was on a federal holiday no less. Would use them again and highly recommend!
This company is amazing with how quickly they responded and their professionalism. I higly recommend!
Julian and Robert were by far the best duo at packing a moving truck. I move around for work and they did the best job I've seen thus far. Professional and prompt too.
Robert and his team were polite and efficient
So happy with the service! Responded fast and got us in the same day! Will use again in the future!
These guys did a great job and was done before I could blink my eye. Very professional and on time.
Very skilled movers. Worked fast and in the background as my family and I focused on our part of the moving. Very courteous and careful. Anything unknown about they asked. Great attention to detail in ensuring everything was secure and safe. Nothing broken or missing even though this move was 3rd floor apartment to a different complex but yet another 3rd floor unit. Definitely highly recommend!
