Lawrence came out to my home two days in advance of the project to walk-through what was needed. He quoted me for four different components, all of which were higher than reasonable. We agreed to three components and I agreed to a higher than reasonable price point because I’m two weeks out of surgery and cannot do the work myself. Lawrence arrived today and only completed one part of the project to which I had to pay the price we agreed, even though it was ridiculously high. I’m very upset because now I have to find another professional to come out and do the work that he did not perform. After having to pay $65 to cut and edge the lawn, which is only a couple hundred square feet, he cut it entirely too low and burned out a good portion.

Reviews
Highly recommend! Quick turn around time, responsiveness, and quality work.
Company was responsive, punctual, and did a good job of removing over 6 feet of snow from my driveway.
Lawrence was detail-oriented and did an excellent job.
I hired Biggs Services to mow the lawns and freshen up the yards of a few of our rental properties that we were having listing photos taken of and their team was there on time and did a great job for a great price. Highly recommend Biggs Services and will definitely be working with them again in the future.
I had a great experience wirh Biggs service! They did leaf and stick pickup in my yard and flower beds and i couldn't be happier with the results. They left the leaves where i needed them to be picked up(there was a ton). Should i have need for their services i will be reaching out again!
Weather stunted our appointment and time differences halted our conversation but still got it taken care of.
Mr. Biggs follows a simple rule but one overlooked far too often these days: ‘Do what you say you’re going to do.’ Whether for snow removal, yard work in the Spring, or any number of other future projects, it’s Mr. Biggs I’ll call first; he’s earned my loyalty.
I reached out for snow removal and received a response and service quickly. After ensuring exactly where I needed work done (I'm on a corner and the driveway situation is a little odd), the work was completed promptly and thoroughly. Communication was excellent. I would absolutely hire again for the same needs in the future!
Reached out requested a same-day service and was able to quote, schedule, and complete the job within only a few hours. Lovely work.
Biggs Service was responsive, on-time and priced fair! I will definitely keep them on speed dial for the next snowfall. Thank you!
Biggs was prompt in his communications and executed the work professionally. I will call on him again and recommend him unreservedly.
Amazing service. Did a great job in the middle of wet winter clearing a lot of our leaves. Very professional.
Lawrence was very professional, responsive and did a great job. Will definitely be requesting his services again.
Larry and his team showed up asap, cleared the driveway, front walk, steps and the sidewalk near the street and they were fast and neat! I heartily recommend them.
Lawrence and his crew were professional and did an excellent job.
thank you for helping us out , you did a great job and nill help this winter be less stressful
Very happy with the work and how quickly he responded and took care of business. Very professional and pleasant.
Removed all snow from driveway, walkways, and steps.
Prior to arriving, explained that I have a large yard with lots of trees. He assured me that he had a crew and will be able to handle the job. He did not come to work truck. He came with one other man who wasn’t much help left majority of the leaves in the yard after working all day. There are leaves left throughout the yard. Not satisfied at all.
