Unfortunately, the key items that I mentioned I wanted addressed in my move out cleaning were not addressed. In addition to being charged $40 dollars more than quoted on the phone, my landlord sent an email detailing all the items that were not cleaned. My deposit was deducted as the place had to be cleaned properly before the new tenant. Extremely disappointed.
Impressive professionalism and responsiveness. Carlos and his team did a great job for my move out clean request. The process from conversation initiation till the end review has been smooth and efficient.
Great cleaning company. Prompt, thorough, and efficient with their time. They have a two person team model so it is really efficient. I highly recommend and will be having them clean my 3bed/2ba again!
Very happy with Bio Cleaners response to an emergency move out clean, because another company failed to show. They did a fabulous job at short notice
Carlos was extremely responsive and was available on very short notice. My husband and I have been having a hard time finding someone to clean our patio furniture cushions but they accepted the job and we are very happy with the results! Would definitely hire again.
Carlos & Team took our home from nice to WOW. Kind, respectful, efficient, and professional! Got our home in perfect shape for our open house this weekend. Would highly recommend!
I would have given 5 stars but they damaged our cabinetry with drips from cleaning the oven.
We had two people and they both did a very thorough job. They were also very pleasant.
Carlos evaluated our house before scheduled cleaning day and has agreed to perform a comprehensive cleaning of the house for a fee of $400. However, he has failed to clean the kitchen, which includes the oven, stove, window with blinds and tile flooring. When I expressed our dissatisfaction with his service and requested at least $200 in compensation, he declined to refund the money and asserted that our house was too large and that he should charge us an even higher fee for his incomplete work. Additionally, his team broke our shower door and 2 blinds. No one informed us about the damage until I found it the evening after cleaning. When I brought it up to him, he told me that the blinds were already broken! He is very dishonest, disrespectful, neglectful man. Given our unsatisfactory experience with Bio Cleaning services, it is challenging to reconcile the positive reviews on Thumbtack. Our family feels like we were robbed by Bio Cleaning team in charge with Carlos.
