They charged me extra and didnt even finish the job. one room was left without the carpet cleaning I paid for. The rest of the cleaning was not what I would call a professional level of cleaning.

A computer problem double booked us but Ron did everything he could to make it right. Thank you, Ron.
They were able to come same day with great communication. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix my problem! The price was great as well. Thank you so much.
Communication about the work was slightly onerous, but it all worked out fine. Ellie G.
The guys did a great job. So fast and no mess. I thought I had waited too long to get the tree trimmed and wouldn't find anyone to do it. They were like super hero's to my rescue!
Very pleased with the work Ron did. I highly recommend him!
they were great! they were careful with my things and movedtthem quickly. I am a women and I was alone when they came to move my stuff and I felt safe the entire time which I feel is important to mention. I will definitely hire them again if the need arises!
Two friendly gentlemen that helped take a major load of stress off of our backs with this move! They were very careful with our items. Would highly recommend!!
Blown away by the incredible customer service, value, and work quality. Ron is now our go to guy for everything in the future. Pictures of the before and after water heater swap. Perfect work.
I just can’t say enough about my experience. I needed a ceiling fall installed in a vaulted ceiling for my elderly parents. They came, were very professional and communicated throughout the job. They were extremely careful and took great care with the house and surroundings while working. They were quick and efficient yet thorough and I absolutely will trust them with any jobs I have in the future!
We had such a great experience with Ron . He was so kind and such a hard worker . We will definitely be using him again
Not only did Ron show up 5 minutes after made contact, but he went right to work completing my project. He was very pleasant to have here; but he went one step further. I had a fainting incidence as he was preparing to leave. I didn't go completely out but he called an ambulance which we were able to cancel. He stayed with me until I could convince him I was okay. His concern was obvious which I really appreciated. I will use him for any future projects in my home!! His rates are more than fair and he shared what he was doing. I can't recommend him enough!!!!
Ron and his crew showed up when they said they would and were careful moving my wood furniture.
Even though we contacted Ron at the last minute he rearranged his schedule to do our small moving job.
Love the thorough work!
Quick turnaround and professional quality
Ron helped me move into my new apartment when I got to Missoula after a long drive from Baltimore, Maryland. He was absolutely amazing! He was at the apartment before we even were, helped us detach my trailer while we went to pick up keys. He got everything all the way up to the third floor with no complaints, nothing but positivity. A very kind, and hard worker! He was the first person I met in Missoula, and I can only hope everyone is as wonderful as he is! I 100% recommend Bitterroot Pro for your moving needs! He even attached the trailer back up to my car and moved it so it was easy for me to get out to return the trailer! Nothing but positive things to say about Bitterroot Pro!
