The services provided were fine with friendly cleaners. The problem was with the office. They mixed up appointments, left me hanging when I tried to reschedule, and finally ghosted me. I would have preferred that they told me they could not handle my account rather than disappearing.

Sadly the cleaning was not up to par. The owners did make it right but I will not use them again unfortunately.
