Reviews
We had a great experience with BJ! He offered us a very reasonable price and was available to come the very next day. He replaced, painted, and installed locks on two bedroom doors. When we asked him to replace a second door, he gladly agreed and even went to purchase it for us. He completed everything professionally and efficiently. BJ is reliable, skilled, and offers excellent service at a fair price. We highly recommend him and would happily hire him again!
I recommend them! They were professional, polite, friendly, and very easy to work with. The work was done efficiently, and they made sure everything was completed properly. I really appreciated their great customer service.
Fast, professional, efficient
Arrived quickly. Same day within the hour. Affordable. Install tv and mount quickly, nice and neat. He even waited until the tv install apps to ensure tv was working . Over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks again
Great
Did a quick, efficient, and amazing job with an unbeatable price. He also effortlessly rolled with some unexpexted punches too. Can't recommend him enough. Thanks BJ Pro Services!
Great job.
He did an excellent job assembling my outdoor bar. He worked through the summer heat and still got everything put together faster than the estimated assembly time in the instructions. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was assembled correctly and looked great when finished. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely hire BJ again.
Great job! Absolutely professional!
BJ pros mounted our TV and we are so happy with it. I like how he was able to go and purchase the mount for us as well. We just had to reimburse him for that. He even texted us pictures asking which one we liked. My only critique is that he did arrive later than he said but that will not affect my rate.
Easy to work with, quick and professional. Also priced very well compared to other companies. Thank you
He was great! I requested his service through the app, and within 1 minute, he responded and was able to accommodate me the same day with only 2 hours’ notice. He was professional, responsive, and made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend his services!
BJ Quality Pro was excellent. They arrived in 30 minutes and got right to work. I have no complaints. We even were out of anchors and he went to the store and purchased more. 10/10 would recommend.
The work was excellent! Everything was done perfectly and professionally. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend them!
Read the directions. Worked methodically, carefully. Very pleasant young man.
Terribly unprepared and 2 hours late to the original scheduled time It was obvious they had little knowledge on how to install a door slab and tried to take shortcuts Changing prices throughout the job Unprofessional and will not be considered again in the future. Highly recommend to find someone else
We clearly explained the job to BJ, who provided the quote and understood the scope of work. However, the workers arrive very late without notice, were unprepared, and had to make multiple trips to Home Depot for materials. Communication was difficult because they don’t speak English, and the work was not done professionally as promised, including the use of incorrect trim materials. BJ later was upset, rude over the phone and requested an additional $100. While we agreed to pay for the materials, we didn’t agree to additional charges. The material receipt showed the cost of $35, which we paid, despite being told it was $65. Overall, the project took over four hours instead of the expected one to two hours the final result did not meet the standard promised. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.
Excellent work. Installation of a security screen door. I highly recommend ! Thanks
We had a barn door installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The installer was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to every detail. The door was installed perfectly, operates smoothly, and looks beautiful. The craftsmanship and quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality barn door installation
