We knew from the beginning black grout was the contractor for us. He has been honest and kind from the start. Our project was completed within 4 days and the flooring looks stunning. We loved working with black grout and will hire again in the future for our other projects!
My experience with Kenneth (Black Grout) was more than expected. He was professional and very thorough. He provided proper recommendations and tried to help work-wise and financially as much as he can. He didn't mind working and offering more to complete the job at a high standard within the budget he originally proposed. I will definitely work with again with no doubt.
