Carlos responded fast to my request and was able to come the next day. He assessed the problem and was able to provide me with a temporary solution to prevent the rain water from coming inside the house and damaging the ceiling further; as it was supposed to rain all weekend. Carlos also gave us a fair price for the temporary solution; until we can work together to repair/replace the roof. Thank you Carlos for your help and assistance with my problem.

We had an old roof and needed quick replacement in prep for winter and for insurance coverage eligibility. They also helped with all of our gutters including replacement and adding new ones. The group was super professional, quick yet detailed responses. Proposal was itemized with details, so really no surprises at the end. Completed the work on time and it was nicely done, with no mess left behind. We did asked multiple groups, overall this group came to the top based on value and professionalism. Appreciated the great work and would recommend for anyone looking for a similar project.

I want to express my gratitude to this company and Lucas for their exceptional service in fixing our roof leak. From the moment we contacted them, their team was prompt, professional, and efficient. The technicians arrived on time, assessed the issue, and completed the repair with precision. Not only did they resolve the problem swiftly, but they also took the time to discover and fix other problems they found on our roof.

I am a first time home buyer and the roof was the first thing the inspector told us to fix. Lucas helped me understand the whole process and was very responsive to my questions. The roof itself went smoothly and quickly.

Black Ladder did a great job for us! Lucass was very professional and everything was done as quoted. We had a little hiccup with scheduling but Lucass resolved it quickly and fairly. Stuff happens so it is very important to know that a company can respond and resolve positively.

Luccas and his team did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. Luccas is incredibly professional and responsive and our quote was fair. The team was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job keeping our yard clean and safe during the installation, and the end result looks great. I would definitely recommend Black Ladder for any exterior work you need done on your home.

Black Ladder Group is hands-down, the most professional on time and the quality of work is by far the best. Five years ago I had someone put up gutters for me. Needless to say today I am having to have them redone. For the first time in ages, my gutters do not leak and will be protected by all leaves and debris. Thank you Luccas for you and your team.

I hired Black Ladder to replace my 40+-year-old rear roof. The front had been replaced within the past 25 years, the rear needed some love. Luccas took the time to walk the property and gave me two quotes, one for the work I needed, plus an optional one for the whole roof. Both came in under the quote I received from other roofing companies. I only went with the rear quote because the front was still in good shape. His crew was on time and got right to work. They were respectful of the property, did an awesome job, and left my yard cleaner than it had been when they started. The roof looks great now! I will be referring Black Ladder to my friends in the future. I also will be considering them for any other work we may need to be done in the future. Great value, Great quality, Great attitudes!
