I can't stop talking about Chef Anthony, and neither can my guests!!! I was honored to have him cook for me and my friends for my Breast Cancer Survivor Brunch. ThoughI forgot to take pocs of the food because I couldn't wait to eat..Lol. We had shrimp and grits for apps, chicken & waffles with caramelized apples for the main course and strawberries shortcake for dessert. If you're thinking about hiring Chef Anthony, please don't..just hire him🙂!!! He is amazing. I can't thank you enough for sharing your talents with us.

This gentleman was the very best. He arrived on time. Even a little early. Anthony kept his word on services performed and follow thru. We had about 30 guests he handled the cooking, did some set up, clean up, and overall pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend. AFive Catering and Cuisine company. Chef Anthony was a pleasure to work with. As we coordinated, I had to ask for a new menu due to some allergies with in our group. Anthony was flexible and quickly came up with a solution. On the day of dinner, he reached out to confirm he is still good for the evening. I appreciated this level of communication. The dinner experience was exceptional. The group couldn’t stop raving about the meal. A guest who had previously stated that they didn’t like lamb, sampled it and was so impressed. Thanks again for everything.
Chef Anthony is a gem. He cater a private event for 2. He serve a 4 course meal that knocked our socks off. His food is exceptional. The presentation alone was unbelievable. This meal was decadent!!! 5 stars all around.
Experience with AFive from start to finish was amazing! Chef Anthony prepared a surprise meal for my husband’s birthday! My husband loves seafood & Chef Anthony crafted a menu that my husband & I loved! Communication, professionalism & responsiveness are very important to me & Chef Anthony exceeded my expectations. This was a great experience! He arrived on time, was pleasant & my kitchen was spotless by the end of the meal! I was planning a proposal for my girlfriend and was seeking a private chef with a high quality and diverse menu and someone who could communicate well enough to trust their work. I decided to hire Chef Anthony because of his responsiveness, professionalism, availability, reputation, and expertise. He worked with me to narrow down a menu that best fit my desires and he offered decor to spruce up the dinner. Our starter was the seared shrimp Caesar salad and our entree was the rosemary lamb chops with fried rice and asparagus. Both my girlfriend and I were very impressed with this southern twist on a traditional Caesar salad. It had us puzzled why we had never had this before as it was delicious and the flavor profile was balanced so well! The lamb chops were cooked to absolute perfection.. it was seasoned well and allowed the meat’s natural flavor profile to shine. The accompanying rice was a great pairing and the asparagus too! While we were eating our meal, Chef Anthony was cleaning and by the time we finished, he was packed and ready to go. The kitchen was spotless as if he had never been there! He bought his own dishes and linens! Hiring Chef Anthony was an amazing decision and unthinkable decision I’d make again when hiring a private chef. We also loved how down to earth he was as a person. You can’t be disappointed with Chef Anthony!
From Start to Finish, Chef Anthony has out done himself for my husband and I’s 3rd wedding anniversary. The communication regarding menu, availability and the day of the event was excellent. The food was amazing( my husband was a vegan as well and he enjoyed every plate). We have already recommended him to our family and will definitely book him again for our next event.
Wow , today was amazing , Chef Anthony prepared a sea food boil for my moms surprise birthday dinner. The food was so delicious and it was a big quantity for the price. I would definitely recommend this chef for your next event. Thank you so much Anthony.
