We had Black River Contractors install a mini-split for us and were very happy with the work. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The installation was done very cleanly, and they routed and concealed the exterior lines so the outside of the house looks neat and finished instead of messy. They also took the time to check our existing mini-split when we mentioned it wasn’t cooling properly, found the problem quickly, and explained what needed to be done to correct it. They answered our questions about other projects we’re considering and were very helpful throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend Black River Contractors and plan to use them again for future work.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!!!! I had an excellent experience with Black River Contractors. The technicians were absolutely wonderful, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They installed multiple electrical fixtures throughout my home (including bathroom and exterior lighting) and also replaced my kitchen faucet, and everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They communicated clearly, showed up prepared, and treated my home with care and respect. The quality of work was solid, pricing was fair, and the overall process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely have them back for additional work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and professional contractors.
Colby and his assistant both were very professional, punctual and did a great job in a short time I had my problem solved for a very reasonable price! Will use again if ever needed.
Fare price.
Black River Contractors exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their team was professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the entire project. Communication was clear at every step, and they consistently followed through on what they promised. They arrived on time, handled the work with expert craftsmanship, and made sure everything was completed safely, cleanly, and to the highest standard. It’s rare to find a contractor who takes this much pride in their work, but Black River Contractors truly delivered exceptional quality. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would confidently recommend them for any project—big or small. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused company, Black River Contractors is hands down one of the best.
