I hired Chris and his team to replace my 1994 windows on my 2 story house. 13 windows and 1 sliding glass door. To bring 1 of my windows up to code they had to cut the frame for a new window and get the permits and inspector out. Window installation was very fast, 1 day for all but the new window. The crew were great and answered any questions or concerns I brought up. I also had the added complication of having bars on 3 of my windows. Had a bit of a snafu with the inspected window...not enough pictures were taken before it was completed to satisfy the inspector so the window had to be opened up, reinspected and closed back up. Such a hassle and extra work for the guys but everyone was great about it and it was done quickly and completed and satisfied city ordinances. I had one issue with a security bar nut and Chris sent someone out to fix that. I was very happy with the job done. The windows look great, they do help with reducing the heat...ive definitely noticed a difference. They did so well and were able to work within my budget that I hired them to make my house look as great as my windows lol The pic shows my new windows and the older design in the background

Every home is different. Mine had over 40 years of deferred maintenance and came with a very "particular" client and delicate relations with the neighbors. We also could not have anticipated that the 3 weeks of non-stop rain would force everyone to rework already-stressed calendars, right after the team had performed a rigorous home "readiness" by mending spaces, replacing and reinforcing important framework, etc. There was a lot of work to do, and what a wonderful thing to have such capable and careful teams doing that work. When we bought our house, we didn't see a tear-down; we saw a home that had a ton of charm and unique character, but it needed attention. We've been careful to preserve and enhance everything about the home; sometimes we're restoring, other times we're demoing and changing out windows. At their best, this team is THE best. Absolutely wonderful to work with - big fan... would do it again.
