Silbano and team were great to work with. They went above and beyond for my front porch replacement and paver patio in the backyard. They completed work on time and kept communication very clear. Would definitely recommend working with this team for a seamless project completion.

Amazing work. Will be contacting them again for more projects! The board and batten came out perfect!
Great work, great value. Communication is strong, timeline was fast and reasonable, and most of all; a very nice outcome!
It was a pleasure working with the team and they transformed my dream project to reality!
Had a great experience with Blancas when they installed a wall in our space! They did an excellent job—super precise, sturdy, and finished everything beautifully. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we got, and there were no hidden fees. They were also responsive and easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure we were happy with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. If you need help with a construction project, I’d highly recommend them!
The team are very friendly and professional. They get the job done in the same day with reasonable price and high quality. Highly recommended!
My wife and initially thought we need our shower doors replace. We were pleasantly surprised at the opportunity to save $500 the day our work project start. We were able to, instead, have the doors removed and cleaned. They also added grouting to our shower as well. They did an excellent job and what was to be a three day job ended up being a one day job. He was professional in work and quality. We will definitely use his company for our next home project.
We are overjoyed with our new deck and stairs from Blancas General Contractors!! They tore down and hauled away our old rotten deck and stairs. They worked hard and strategically to rebuild the stairs and a level deck on our very un-level house built on a steep hill. They were very conscientious about details, cleaned up their mess every day, replied quickly to texts and emails, showed up every day when they said they would, and their price was very fair. We highly recommend Blancas General Contractors!
Happy to work with Blancas General Contractor LLC. They are very professional and completed the work with great quality and before time.
Silvano did a thorough job with my deck. He had to replace all the deck joists and was able to reuse all the existing trex boards which helped with the costs.
He is a scammer and fraudster. No one should go near this guy. He agreed to a price then unilaterally increase the price and hold you hostage. He wants to sue me for breach and put a lien on my house simply I refuse his changes in prices. He won’t give me receipts and he won’t return my down payment of $6000. Never trust this guy. Stay far far away. I hope the system will restore my faith in humanity. Really heart broken. Been scammed again by $6000.
Silbano and his team are extremely reliable and trustworthy. I’m going to say the most professional and organized contractor we have had working at our home. Silbano replaced our deck and the work is perfect. He also helped rebuild an exterior doorframe. We are very happy with the results and hoping to have him take care of a few larger projects with our kitchen and bathrooms next. I highly recommend Blanca’s general contractors. Also appreciate the prompt quotes and updates. 100% happy.
We had an amazing experience working with Blancas!! They built us a lower deck and redid two sets of stairs for us. They both made the whole experience positive- from helping with the design, choosing and getting the best material, communicating along the way and the hard work in labor. It’s sweet they are a husband and wife team. We could not be more thrilled with our new deck! A few before during and lived in after photos. 🤗
