Blanco responded to my initial inquiry quickly. He communicated well before and during appointment. He answered all my many question. He is knowledgeable, explains what he will do, promptly provides excellent install service, cleans work area along with returning furniture to its original location. Quality professional service for a reasonable price.
Edwin responded to my post for removal of a nonworking television from a wall mount above our fireplace and installation of a new television in the same location. Edwin texted to let me know he was on his way and he arrived at the agreed upon time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He not only installed the new TV but made sure our cable box, DVD player and sound bar were properly attached and working. Connected us to our Wifi. He showed us how to adjust our TV to our liking. Showed us everything he could to get us started. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Blanco Tech Solutions.
