Richard was very professional and responsible. He helped us replaced a gas tank water heater with a reasonable price. The work is done quickly with very high quality. He also explained everything in details beforehand, during and after the installation. There’s no unexpected charges at all. Highly recommend.

Richard explained me very well work he is doing and brought exact high quality part needed to do the fix. He showed up on time and performed work with cleanliness . His fee was reasonable for the job.
Richard did a great job with my pipe replacement! I would definitely hire him again.
Richard of Blu Pipe plumbing gave me a low bid which I accepted. I had several bids but his bid was substantially lower. I was suspicious at first but he convinced me that he could do the job quickly and on budget. He was as good as his word. He installed a Bradford White 75 gal water heater and fixed portions of two walls which were water damaged and were moldy. He completed the job within three hours and cleaned up the garage afterwards. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to replace a water heater or any other plumbing job.
Great job running a bbq gas line. Professional, quality was good. Recommended
We talked just once, Richard exactly understood what we needed, suggested the best option, showed up on time did his job like a clockwork, dealt with us with a smile, gave us great tips for longevity of the heater and the energy saving tips, sent the invoice immediately, answered all our questions, offered to be called any time we needed. Perfect professionalism !! Couldn’t be happier!
Richard helped run a natural gas line to my backyard bbq area. This required extending an existing gas line underneath my house in the crawl space, installing a shutoff valve, and quick disconnect connections. The quality of the work was good and I am happy with the results!
Richard was friendly and helpful with the under-sink plumbing (P-trap and disposal) and gas disconnect for a kitchen countertop, but the finish work on the countertop was quite sloppy. Both the kitchen faucet and the Insinkerator air switch were installed with the gaskets/washers protruding and visible, rather than seated flush as the manufacturers intend. When I pointed this out, I was told it was "correct" and asked to pay $400 charge to fix the alignment. Additionally, the water filter was left with a leak. He seemed set on not returning to fix the issues without further payment. I will pay another plumber to fix or do it myself. So, if you have high-end fixtures or stone countertops, I would look elsewhere for someone with better attention to detail and professional communication.
Richard a great job. very responsive. answered my questions in detail. he inspected his work carefully and made everything perfect.
Rich is awesome. Gave me estimate on phone with me sharing photo and video. Came on time and did the job in an hour and a half and in excellent quality. Gave a lot of tips on other items as well. Will keep his contact for future projects for sure. Attaching before and after pictures.
