Chef Jay and his staff were highly organized and effectively delivered on a very tight timeline, all the while maintaining his cool and focus. A lot of people took his information and I hope him get some business from it. The presentation was unique and enjoyable. Chef Jay prepared a course that combines Italian and modern American with Asian fusion cuisine. One of my guests said to me it was the best thing she's ever tasted.
