they were great. its hard to find people with integrity who are contractors for our house but the concern we had he was able to identify would not fix our problem and recommended a more appropriate fix that he didnt do. didnt charge us anything.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I was able to get service immediately and high quality work. The text message with the techs name and picture was appreciated! 10/10 - would recommend and use them again.
Avoid at all costs! I had a very small bathtub faucet leak repaired. I did not receive an hourly rate. Plumber showed up and left to go find a part. He did not return for over an hour. He spent 10-15 min in my home fixing the leak. I was charged around $600. Turns out they are charging over $150/hour and that includes travel time from previous job and travel time to find parts. The plumber did not call Home Depot ahead of time to see if they had the part he needed in stock so he had to go to another place far away. He also arrived at my home after getting the part and sat outside for 15 min before coming back inside to do the actual repair (ring camera footage). When I called to discuss- they were not very helpful and only refunded under $200. I had to have my brother call a second time for this refund. Avoid at all costs. I felt scammed and taken advantage of because I was a woman home alone.
Had a gas line fixed. They did it very easily and seamlessly. They were on time and done quickly.

Jay was friendly, punctual, and very knowledgeable. It turned out to be a different appliance issue, and he took the time to give me suggestions on the next steps.
It was a relief to get an appointment within the same week…several other companies that I contacted were booked out 1-2 weeks. Sam was great start to finish! He arrived on time, assessed the issue and fixed it during the trip. The work was on point and Sam did a nice job explaining everything. I would use Blue Chip Plumbing for future plumbing needs.
