They fixed my gutters thenext day after the quote. Fast and professional.
Horrible. Hired them to fix a hard to reach leaky gutter and they said installing flashing would fix the problem. As soon as rainy season started gutter was still leaking, flashing clearly wasn’t working. They came out to inspect and “put some more sealant” on. Still didn’t fix the leaking. Emailed and called several times to have the problem resolved as it was an expensive fix that didn’t actually work and they have been ignoring me since. Really disappointed in how they handled the situation and now have to hire/pay someone else to actually fix the problem.
great to work with ! on time , excellent communication . Did a wonderful job on our siding and gutter installation .
We called Blue Stone to look at a suspect leak which turned out not to be the case. Elmer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly to deal and very professional. Even though we did not need roofing help, he would be the first person I call if we did need help!
Spending money on a new roof is not really where anyone wants to spend money. They were same day responsive to my request and provided a solid bid with pictures showing all eight of the leaks, not just the one I was worried about. They were able to replace the roof quickly and professionally. The crew showed up right when they said they were going to and had it knocked out in one day for my small house. This was even with having to demo two rows of shingles from prior installments and many plywood panel replacements. They cleaned up everything leaving my yard better than they found it. Elmer and his crew were fantastic to work with and the new roof looks great.
Responsive and helpful
I had a siding panel replaced by Blue Stone. They sent a guy that was professional and did the job well. Pricing wasn’t the cheapest but was reasonable and I chose to go with Blue Stone because of their reviews and reputation. I would definitely hire them again for my next roofing or siding job!
Had an excellent experience with Blue Stone Roofing & Construction. They were extremely responsive, both with the initial estimate, as well as subsequent communications. They had a competitive, accurate, and thorough estimate (great photos and explanation), which held to the work. The team was polite and quick! The job was repair work in a cedar shake roof (new ridges, replace missing shingles, repair slipped ones, etc). Upon review, it appeared they had missed one area of concern for me; they came out the next day to respond and address the issue. Top notch!
It's great working with them. Really liked their work.
They were efficient, offered a great price, and went out of their way to grab paint when I forgot to order it! The end product looks great. Below I've included before and after photos.
Elmer did an amazing job! Elizabeth at the office was very responsive to all of my questions. Unlike other companies I’ve hired before, Blue Stone was professional, courteous, timely, and efficient. They finished reroofing my garage in one day. I recommend them entirely!
Previous owner built a deck with improper flashing, totally ruined the siding and framing. Within a day these guys not only replaced the rotten wood and insultation, they added new Hardie board and a proper deck header with flashing. Would recommend again.
The gutter started leaking in rain season after the fix. And no response from them when asking for checking it.
Excellent work and very reasonable prices. Would definitely use Blue Stone Roofing again!
Came out to give a quote within 48 hours, and it was great work once finished. Removed my abandoned wood fire stove pipe through the roof and added a kitchen exhaust. Pictures were given before, during, and after showing me it was done correctly. I will be hiring these guys for anything else I need, 100%
I required assistance repairing a damaged section of siding previously hidden behind our deck. This company effectively provided the necessary help for reasonable compensation.
Did not hire. Good guys. I would try them again for the next project.
Was very responsive and had helped us exactly as needed. Also suggested multiple other small improvements for future that need to be prioritized.
They are great to work with, very perfessional, quick responses, great quality.
