Gary was very professional and went over everything with about the service and my equipment.
Had a great experience with these guys. They came in and got my pool cleaned and ready to go!
Product received and work completed as promised. Thank you!
Knowledgeable about his work, easy to communicate with about the service
Very professional, did a great job cleaning our pool with same-day service. Easy to work with and a great person. Offered good advice! Try him, you will be happy.
Had an appointment scheduled and he never showed. I texted him and he finally responded 45 min later and said he was running late and would let me know when he was on his way. After another hour I asked for an approximate time and asked to let me know if something changed. Still no show, no call. I finally said I would have someone else come out because this is ridiculous . he’s like oh sorry I’m just finishing up but now I just realized you are out of my area. He should’ve checked that previously when he said he services my area. Totally unprofessional and wasted hours of my day!
Excellent. Have nothing negative to say. Guys are great, personable, always here same time every week with same results, great! There are many pool companies out there but Jeff and partner are small and they care. No one to blame but them, so there’s an issue, they make sure they kill it the 1st time .Forget about the big corporate pool cleaning companies. They rip you off. Stick with Gary and you’ll be the next customer recommending Gary to others. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Did not have a great experience. Paid for an acid wash, stains are still present in my pool. Please check google reviews before using company. There are drips along side my pool walls. From beginning to end, a total nightmare.
