when I have to take time off work for a maintenance person to show up at my house, I want to know when to expect them. communication was great about what time they were going to show up. And then they were on time! fixed my leaking shower quickly and pointed out some other things I might want to take care of in the future. will be calling them when I need more work done.
I made an appointment, they didn’t honor the time, they only told me they were gonna be two hours late after I asked when they were gonna arrive. Rescheduled for the weekend, they didn’t arrive again. They rescheduled for three hours later. I’m not sure if they’re serious about their business.
Jason’s crew did a great job installing our tile backsplash and also redoing my fireplace. The fireplace was tile and they did some very nice stone work. Thank you Jason!!!!

Very professional and courteous walking through what needed to be done and transparent about all coats. The work did not take long and we are back up and running.
Jason is incredible! We worked with him on a leak and fix and then a few other plumbing issues and most recently a new toilet install (complete with electrical and plumbing). He is responsive, professional and punctual not to mention cleaned up perfectly after each job as if he wasn’t there and we’ve never needed things readdressed after he was here. We’ll hire him again and again (although I do hope issues don’t keep coming up!).

Jason's team that came out was fantastic. We had them install a sliding glass shower door and move an outlet. They got the job fast and cleaned everything up afterwards. I will certainly use Bluejay for any home project needs in the future!
Jason and Caleb showed up on time, friendly, polite, respectful, prepared, knowledgeable, patient, informative, and professional. Caleb got right to work assembling and installing the shower door, while Jason began troubleshooting the loose bathtub faucet. After thoroughly discussing with me the issue and, of explaining potential solutions, we agreed on a plan of action to repair the faucet. His method was efficient, noninvasive, and cost effective. After literally whistling while they worked, both jobs were done well and effectively in less time than I had anticipated. On top of that, the price was very fair. Highly recommend Jason, Caleb, and Bluejay. Thanks guys!
We had a very good experience doing a small back entry way job on a damaged/unleveled hardwood floor. We have a small house for no room for a separate mudroom and the hardwood was getting damaged from all the snow in/out. So - we wanted a small entryway with tile. They leveled the floors, made sure to remove the water damage, and kept me informed on the timing and process. I also think the quotes were reasonable
Showed up to the wrong house(45min late) then got rude when I didn't answer the door(of someone else's house!). Lol 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 for days on this one.
I reached out with a shower problem and Jason came out that very same day and fixed it. I was blown away with his professionalism and work quality.
Before and after photos below. Bluejay maintenance did a wonderful job on our shower and floor install in our basement. We had originally hired someone else who was recommended to us and ended up doing a bad job on our shower, we had to start over. I called Bluejay and they came over the same day and inspected the work and agreed it needed to be fixed. Two days later they were able to start the job and were finished by the end of the week. We got exactly what we wanted. Then when Home Depot couldn’t do our floor install, Bluejay was able to do that job too. Excellent group of very kind and hardworking people.
Jason was quite pleasant at first. However, a 2-3 day project turned into 2-3 weeks. Granted, we had guests over that slowed project progress, but only after the project exceeded a week. Jason did not communicate well. From the start of the project, he only started the project a day after his original projection - without communicating it. Although he tried to be flexible after missing the initial project completion target, he rarely sent progress pictures. The initial project was finally completed, and I figured I’d have him complete another task for his additional quote, despite him initially stating he’d do the additional task as part of the original project quote. He sent me the invoice, which started the attached chat. For additional context, he initially said he would just put some plumbing adhesive on a small PVC pipe leak. Then he said he would replace the pipe because that’s the right way to fix it. I agreed and proceeded. I believe the attached chat is self explanatory.
Absolutely wonderful experience! They were always on time or early, they cleaned up after themselves, and very respectful. Jason, the owner, really took a look at our concern with our bathroom and was very reassuring. His crew replaced our subfloor, removed the old tile and other old tile found underneath we didn’t know was there! They also placed out new tile as well. We really appreciate all their hard work and time. We will definitely be using them in the future for other remodeling projects in house! First 2 photos are what we started with and the final photo with our new flooring and everything put back together. The owner is a licensed plumber and did our plumbing for us as that was cause our subflooring rot so we can avoid this in the future.
