Reviews
they broke my sprinkler system and tried to pretend it was already broken.
Quick to respond and showed up right on time to fix our heater on my son’s birthday. We really appreciated the work—absolutely deserves 5 stars!
The initial request was for an acid wash. I received a request for full payment before the job was started, just to get on the schedule, which I refused. Before paying 50% of the invoice, i reviewed it and found $86 of transaction fees and tax which is over 10% of the total quote. Upon the day of the service, the employee washed the pool with water and I received a call that it was completed. I informed the company that no acid was used. They told then used acid and washed the pool. They indicated they would leave chlorine with me while the pool refills. The technician tried to leave without providing chlorine which was another point of discontention and resulted in another few ohone calls to resolve. In between all of these actions they wanted to report that I needed additional services and repainting of the pool. I would advise all users of this firm to ensure they are present and attentive when requesting services as they try to cut corners and not provide all services promised.
They came out immediately and gave me a very competitive quote for a large scope of pool work. Highly recommend.
I am so impressed with this company. They do an excellent job cleaning the pool and equipment and balancing the water. I get before and after photos. If I have a question they respond within minutes. Can't think why I ever tried to do this myself. Highly recommend.
I’m an Airbnb host with multiple properties in Miami Beach, and so glad I found this pool company. They’re super friendly, experienced, and even fixed my filter at no extra cost! They did a great job, and I’ll definitely be using them for all the pools at my properties from now on. Highly recommend!
Had an issue with my pool pump motor. They quickly came out to perform a replacement. Everything went smoothly and for a reasonable price. They also have great communication and customer service. I would recommend their service and will be using them again.
Blueviel did what they said they would do, the only thing I did not like is that I had no choice but to pay 3% credit card charge even though I offered tinsel.
Great service for any remodeling needs, highly recommended!!
Offered to come the next morning for a party to ensure the pool was clean. Their promptness and willingness to come the next morning was incredible. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
I have a great partnership with BlueViel. They service our Airbnb in Miami and do a great job!
Very good experienced
Where can I begin! BLUEVIEL is absolutely amazing. We had a green murky pool from another pool service and BLUEVIEL went above and beyond to restore it. We first completed an acid wash. Afterwards, we installed a new pump since the previous one was a lower end model. Blueveil team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They explained the whole process to us like a Pools For Dummies book, which we appreciated. Lol. We will recommend them to all pool friends!
Wonderful service would recommend to all
