These guys did an amazing job for me. I was incredibly scared because we were moving 2 incredibly old mirrors which had been in my family for more than 4 generations, so imagine how happy I am everything arrived and installed without a single scratch. High praise to these guys!! I referred my family today and they will use them too

Despite their contract saying they do no hook up appliances. They took it upon themselves to hook ours up, and caused a leak into our kitchen ceiling that they refuse to take responsibility for or resolve. When confronted with this they then switched the water lines committing fraud to try and cover up that they ruined the cold water hose connection. Then proceeded to blame it on us. Extremely unprofessional owner, Carlos. Absolutely do not recommend this company. We will be pursuing additional legal avenues as they voided their own contract, and are liable for these damages and work our new home will now require to have a functioning laundry room.
Excellent experience from start to finish! The team handled the disassembly, transport, and reassembly of my high-end upholstered bed with exceptional care and professionalism. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers.
Damaged my walls. Was on their phones for personal calls while their work is by the hour. The owner was not understanding of this and did not cover the damage to the walls they wanted to discount 5%. I had 3 dressers, armoire, 2 beds, and a loveseat/sofa that took 3.45 hours.
Great communication and information prior to the guys arrival. They did a good job putting our treadmill together and placed it in the space I wanted.
The team did a great job moving several heavy and fragile items down 2 flights of stairs and across the street into our new home! The guys were kind and professional. My job was a relatively small one-- just a few pieces of furniture & 10 boxes to go to Good Will. The guys were very nice & did a good job.
The communication and assistance was excellent. My movers were so kind and helpful, and patient. They even made better use of the space we had than I expected.

We had a great experience from Bmpro loc service. They were prompt in responding and installed the basketball hoop without any problem. The team was very good and courteous and took extra care of flooring by covering the it with a mat and cleaned up everything after installation.
They were quick to respond and also scheduled the repair for the very next day. Technician was efficient. Very satisfied with the work and will definitely use them again.
You get what you pay for. I went with this company because they gave me the lowest estimate to move a sofa 40 minutes away—$207. I wish I had not done so. I just purchased a beautiful white velvet couch and now there is a massive seven inch rip in the top. The mover did nothing to protect the fabric on the way in and now I have an unfixable rip in velvet fabric. I hope the company refunds the cost of the move at minimum and pays for the couch that I will now have to replace.
Both of the installers were professional, Functional and respectful. They also cleaned up the mess after they completed the assembly. I am proud to rate this company with a 5 Star Excellent rating.
You put a piece of wood furniture on top of a $2,000 velvet sofa and ruined it. There is an indentation in the cushion that won’t come out.
The team showed up ahead of time, worked very effectively and completed the task within a very timely manner.
I had an exercise bike assembled. It was done fast, professionally, and easily scheduled and prompt response. The gentleman even gave me a tutorial on the bike and how to use some of the features.
The gentlemen who came out and installed dour basketball goal did an excellent job and installed it perfectly level when work on a hill. Impressive!
