I would give no stars if I could. The time was confirmed between the two of us. I waited more than an hour before trying to find out what was going on and why they hadn't shown up. Hopefully, everything was okay. I never ended up hearing from them. Went on Thumbtack and hired someone else after being left in a lurch with a junk pile sitting outside.

Reviews
I called and they came right out the next day great work and service
Very fast response time and great communication. Everything was frictionless.
Awesome service we were on a time crunch to help my mom who was recovering from a stroke. They reached out immediately and work with us on our complicated schedule. He Explained every step and did a phenomenal job on a beat up worn out carpet that I wasn’t sure could ever be salvaged We will certainly be calling back for more services. Five stars totally would recommend.
Excellent service!
Kid of expensive but got the Job done well after another contractor messed it up
Ghosted me. Suddenly stopped reaching out
Although we made 2 appointments, Zachary Buesing never showed up and, even worse in my opinion, didn't contact me either time to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. I tried to understand the first time that he had a personal emergence and had to go out of town and so had to reschedule our appointment. However, it happened again! Inexcusable!
Very quick to respond to my email, but I had another contractor who showed up first. I appreciate your politeness and professionalism. I would still recommend BNA enterprises.
BNA was great. They arrived on time, were willing to try different things for me, and finished promptly. They gave good advice with respect to future work. Easy to work with and very professional.
