I was called and an appointment was made to give me an estimate but then they did not call me again to tell me I was outside their service area. I was told they sent a text which I never received. It was not until I contacted the company 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment that I was told they would not be coming. I reached out to them because they showed up in my thumbtack search (done by zip code) as serving my area. This has been a huge waste of my time!
