I recently hired Outcleaning for a cleaning service, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Two cleaners arrived at my home wearing shoes, which raised safety and hygiene concerns right from the start. Despite paying extra for refrigerator cleaning, I was shocked to find that it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The overall cleanliness of my home fell far below expectations. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

We were happy to see the insides of our windows cleaner than when we left and the dishwasher was scrubbed beyond what we were able to do in our available timeframe, but we also saw several areas left unclean that we were hoping would be addressed by the pros. They said the floors were steamed, but dust and debris was left afterward that was not vacuumed up and there was a sticky residue left under the fridge that was very visible both before and after the steaming. They also charged us a hefty price for 4 hours of a "deep clean" and were actually on site for just under 2 hours with the expectation of getting paid the same price. Thankfully, after connecting with management, we were offered a discount for the less-than-satisfactory result.

Assured me she would clean ny home like her own. Obviously RUSHED. Our home was literally FILTHY upon arriving after she was done. *I paid the invoice + tip as soon as she sent it. Had to send pics/reach out upon seeing how DIRTY our unoccupied home was upon arriving back there. Brittany kept saying. "I don't know what else I can do?" WHAT? Duncan came back the next day to reclean, which was very nice. BUT, just getting back to our STILL unoccupied home it's FILTHY- dust, grease, dog hair... absolutely DISSATISFIED. Wish we could get our $400+ BACK. Thoroughly DISSATISFIED. Pic attached is just ONE SWIPE with two fingers on the kitchen counter. I REALLY WANT my money RETURNED.

When I ask to have bathrooms CLEANED I would expect toilets and sinks to be cleaned. Maybe this is my fault not expressing what my idea is clean is. The dusting was awesome. $80.00 an hour is not what I would have expected to pay either. Disappointed and wouldn’t use again.
