It would only let me put in 3 items but he was perfect! I needed 2 closet rods put in and he came at 11pm to get them done the same day! His professionalism was great and refreshing. Would hire him again for any job. Very trustworthy guy. Very safe as a female living alone, I took a risk. Everyone should book with Bobby!

promised to come back to finish the job. never did and stopped communication. they were slow & the younger man was on the phone alot. they charged a lot but I agreed to it. I would not recommend them. I also didn't appreciate the foreign language being spoken. I don't think they could read the instructions they went by the pictures. l definitely lost money on this deal.

I simply professionally requested to see some of his flooring work and received a response stating, “if you trust but if you want, you can find someone I don’t mind.” It’s rather standard to want to vet contractors prior to them proceeding with the work being requested. This presents some skepticism by the contractor not wanting to provide their website, social media page, or simply provide a few pictures. Humble professionalism is key with any services being offered. I wish anyone well with choosing this contractor.
Very expensive and took a very, very long time for what really needed to be done.
The technician who completed the work was courteous and did a good job installing the handrail. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the company was disappointing. The technician arrived about an hour late, was wearing sandals, and did not appear to be fully prepared for the job. When I asked about the cost before the work began, I was told that the final price would be determined by his boss. After the installation was completed, I was unexpectedly charged $150 to install a single handrail, despite providing all of the materials except for the screws. While I appreciate the quality of the technician's work, the lack of communication, professionalism, and pricing transparency means I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Bobby did not take a break.He worked till the job was done. This was a very hard job. Old wood had to be taken out and replaced. Space had to be added for the different szed door.
