I had a misunderstanding with this pro who claims to be a nine year old. Based on his response i think he might actually be nine. I let him know i thought he was going to rake the pinecones. He let me know that would be an additional charge. I said i wasnt going to pay anymore. I thought that would have been the end of the conversation. I’d move on and so would he. However, he blew up my phone with 6 text messages. What a strange interaction. He just kept saying, “this is not my fault!”

Reviews
Bobo was at my door within 18 hours of my original post for emergency help with yard work. They were really friendly and it looks great out there. I will definitely call them again if I need yard work done!
These guys were punctual and communicated with me during project. I have retained them to come back for future lawn care.
In hindsight, I learned our tree-trimming project was right at the cusp between what would warrant an arborist versus a landscaping company. I think this is a great, young, motivated company and--- they were the only company to respond to our project inquiry. My partner has some arborist knowledge and was disappointed I did not hire a professional arborist for our project. He was concerned about PPE for the workers and falling tree limbs, and how cuts were strategized and performed. He has concern that some cut angles are too severe and may cause the tree to become diseased. I was worried about insufficient ladder height. However, when they were here, they were careful to communicate throughout the process about which limbs could be trimmed for aesthetic and safety reasons. This company was punctual and responsive, and negotiated on price, but overall the project was likely not the best fit. I think this could be attributed to Thumbtack filters, etc. I do wish them the best and think that clients will be completely satisfied for more landscaping-centric work.
Thank you! Mowing/Shrub-trimming done quickly and with great communication!
