John was extremely nice and easy to work with! He seemed experienced and knowledgeable. My only complaint, and it is unfortunately a large one, is that I was quoted that chimney sweeps “start at $125” and I was charged almost $320. I was not told there was anything out of the ordinary or difficult to work with, so I’m unsure why I was charged so much more than what a chimney sweep would start at.

Bob’s chimney service did a top notch job repairing my almost 100 year old chimney. They worked in sub freezing temperatures and got the work done in record time. Great work at a good price. I would recommend them to anyone needing their chimney to be repaired.
They charged $400.00 for a cleaning that took 30 minutes. They made it sound like my chimney was very dirty, but obviously it was an upsell, as it took 30 minutes. There focus is on trying to sell you high cost solutions to minimal problems. Ask a lot of questions, when you meet them and be careful to do your homework. $400 for 30 min of work is not a good value. Cost should be 200-300. I know it is hard to find good and honest companies, as they charge more based on where you live, but I would be careful and shop around before using this company. They definitely over charged me for a simple cleaning.
While I had some concerns initially, the owner of the company reached out to me and made things right. I’m very satisfied with the resolution and handling by the company.
Service pro showed up on Time. The office was very responsive. The initial quote was way more than received from another company year before and I thought was excessive but they were willing to negotiate. Job was done in a timely manner but service pro didn't get on the roof or clean the chimney cap. Other companies actually inspected the chimney with a camera and took picture as well and were up on the roof but the service pro did not do this. Then he requested we give him a five star review on the spot after completing the work. A bit odd to do that. We will likely be hiring the previous company the next time we need chimney swept.

Don’t use this company!! False advertising!! I was told an inspection and clean would be $99. The technician arrived and told me it was going to be $299 for the cleaning and if I wanted three cracks filled, the price went up to $499. I was never told this! I fully expected to pay $99 for chimney cleaning when the technician arrived . Beware!! They try to rip you off!!
Professional service , on time and reliable
Don’t even try to contact them. It is just a scam. I negotiated the price multiple times over the messages here in the app and they confirmed that the price is going to be $99 as advertised. I explained exactly what is needed and that I have wood burning insert and liner. Even more, they serviced me last year and know the setup. Technician comes to the house and I immoderately receive a an SMS with a link to one line quote for $350. I call the office and they told me “oh technician is refusing to do it for $99. On top, the technician says “I don’t even know how to clean with insert. So, it is typical fraud scheme they try to make you pay “oh he is already here anyway”. Just don’t fall for this scam.
Joseph was my 3rd of 4 and quotes, and I am glad I went with Vee Home Solutions. The masons: Alex, Waynus, and a couple other guys were great. I called for Chimney reapair. Joseph was the only guy that asked to look at the water stain in the house and also inspected the fireplace. In the end, Joseph suggested I may want to replace the Chimney (new) from roof up. I heard the price and I jumped at it. I am very happy with the work and I would definitely recommend you having them take a look at your job. Sharing a before pic and a few after.
